You wish to set or update the information we hold about you in the support portal.
Once you are logged in you will be presented with an interface similar to that shown below.
At any point in the support portal clicking on the Arrikto logo in the top left will return you to the home page.
Clicking the dropdown chevron next to your name in the top right will expose some options, click on "My Profile" option as shown.
Next click on "Edit Profile"
You will then be presented with a page similar to that shown below.
The Name is your full name, the Alias is what will be shown to other users if you leave feedback on a knowledge article, if you set no value your real name will be used.
You have the option to upload a picture if you wish, this will show in the avatar slot in ticket comments or if you comment on knowledge content.
You additionally have the option to give a description, this will be available to our support staff.
Once you are happy with your updated content simply click OK
