You wish to upload a file(s) to a ticket with Arrikto support.
Files can be securely attached to tickets either when you create a ticket or when you make an update to a ticket.
When raising a ticket after you have filled in all the fields including a detailed description of your issue, you will see the optional attachments section as shown below.
To attach a file simply drag a file(s) onto the orange padlock OR click the orange padlock and select the file(s) from the explorer window that will appear.
Wait for the file to finish uploading then click submit to send the case and the file(s) to Arrikto Support.
If you have an existing case that you wish to add a file to, once you click add to conversation you will be able to add an update to the ticket and attach a file in the same way described above.
