If you are using the Arrikto SSO service at https://login.arrikto.com and you forget your password please follow this process.
When you get to the password entry box use the "Forgot Password?" link
The system will then ask you to confirm the email we will use to send you the reset email.
Click "Send me an email"
you will then be presented with a screen
If you check your emails you should have an email. If you don't have 2FA set up then you will get an email similar to this and you will have to email the support team who will send you a password reset email.
Simply click "here" to generate an email to the support desk.

If you do have 2FA set up or when the support team send you a password reset you should get an email that looks like this
Please note there is an expiry on the reset link, if you have exceeded the link length please re-request a new link.
Once you have successfully reset your password you should get a confirmation email similar to the below.
